Scope of work
Video and Projection is prepared as an engineering service, not as a simple equipment list. The purpose is to define a reliable technical result for a real room with its own geometry, acoustic behaviour, audience area, architecture and operating staff.
We describe the system architecture, required parameters, installation conditions and documentation before equipment is ordered. This prevents compatibility mistakes and makes the proposal clear for architects, owners, installers and facility managers.
For each project we adapt the depth of documentation to the stage: concept, tender, working drawings, installation support or commissioning.

Deliverables
Calculation
Room acoustic, electroacoustic, viewing, lighting or infrastructure calculations according to the task.
Drawings
Layouts, block diagrams, cable routes, rack logic, mounting positions and coordination notes.
Specification
Equipment schedule, material quantities, installation notes and acceptable alternatives.
Engineering workflow
Brief
We define the venue purpose, use scenarios, expected capacity, documentation stage and technical limits.
Acoustics
We evaluate reverberation, reflections, speech clarity, noise and the relation between room acoustics and reinforcement.
System design
We prepare loudspeaker, video, lighting, control, rack, cable and infrastructure logic.
Installation
We coordinate mounting positions, cabling, access, power, safety and compatibility of equipment.
Commissioning
We tune, test and document the system so that the venue can be operated reliably every day.
Send project drawings for calculation
Send floor plans, sections, photos, room dimensions, audience capacity and a short description of the intended use. Acoustic Delta will prepare the next technical step: acoustic calculation, AV concept, equipment specification or turnkey proposal.
