Hotels

A hotel is not one venue but several, each with its own mood and technical needs. The lobby and bar want atmosphere and discreet paging; the spa wants calm; the restaurant wants conversation comfort; the ballroom and conference rooms need full event AV. We design these as zones of one system so music, levels and announcements are controlled centrally, while each space keeps its own character and a simple local override for staff.

The event spaces carry the heaviest requirements. Ballrooms and conference rooms need flexible sound, presentation and lighting that can be reconfigured for a wedding, a gala or a corporate meeting, ideally with combinable rooms and stored presets per event type. We design the AV, control and infrastructure so the events team can set up quickly and repeatably.

Across the property the priorities are guest experience and operational simplicity: consistent quality from room to room, reliable paging and life-safety coordination where required, and a management layer the staff can actually use.
