A conference hall lives or dies on speech: many talkers, many microphones, and an audience that must follow every word without strain. We design the microphone strategy first — delegate or discussion microphones, automatic mixing to suppress open-mic noise, and gain-before-feedback that survives a full room. Low background noise matters as much as the system, so HVAC and room treatment are part of the design.
The second layer is presentation and connectivity: source switching, displays or projection sized to the room, and a control interface a chairperson can use without help. Hybrid meetings are now the norm, so we build in clean audio and video for remote participants, plus recording and streaming where the venue needs a record of proceedings.
Everything is documented and presettable so the room behaves the same way every session. The result is a hall where local and remote participants hear and are heard clearly, and where staff start a meeting in seconds.
