The design stage produces a coordinated solution for sound, video, lighting, control and acoustic treatment. Loudspeaker positions are selected according to audience zones, not according to visual convenience only. Equipment is chosen for reliability, serviceability and compatibility with the final operating scenario. For complex halls we prepare EASE modelling, coverage maps, block diagrams, rack layouts and notes for electrical and low-current contractors.
The workflow normally starts with drawings and a short brief. After that we define use scenarios: speech, lectures, performances, concerts, streaming, background music or hybrid meetings. Then we calculate the room, select the system architecture, coordinate interfaces with other disciplines and prepare a clear proposal. During implementation we support installation, tuning and acceptance checks.
A professional project must be easy to build. Therefore, the deliverables may include technical description, equipment schedule, cable schedule, mounting requirements, installation notes, control logic, commissioning procedure and recommendations for future upgrades. For tenders or investor approval we can prepare a compact concept; for construction and installation we prepare a deeper working package.
