Grill Café — Multi-Zone Audio, Lighting and Video

A grill café was refitted with a new interior, and the sound, lighting and video were rebuilt to match. The brief was flexibility: the same venue had to handle quiet background dining, dancing, karaoke and outdoor seating, each in its own zone.

Zones that suit the room

The main room runs on LAX loudspeakers capable of both background music and dance-level playback. Separate zones cover the outdoor veranda, the bar area, and the cloakroom and corridors, each set to its own level. A dedicated karaoke room combines a karaoke system with its own background playback.

Sound, light and picture together

Alongside the audio, the lighting and video systems were modernised in the same pass, so the whole venue presents as one coherent, up-to-date space rather than a patchwork of upgrades.

Result

A multi-purpose café that moves from a calm meal to a dance floor to a karaoke session, with every zone independently controlled.
